As concerns increase around COVID-19, the health, safety and well-being of our team, our clients and our community remain our top priority.

Our commitment to the health and safety of our clients and our co-workers is forefront in our managing of this evolving situation. We consider our team as fighters on the forefront of this pandemic, as we work to keep the environment in which your people and ours work as safe and healthy as possible. At Kleenway, we rely on information which is scientifically proven and medically backed and, accordingly, are closely monitoring and adhering to the advice given by public health authorities including our local officials, the Canadian Government, and the World Health Organization.

Many of you have already reached out to modify the service we provide for you as you deem priority. We are consulting with our leadership teams regularly to monitor changes and ensure the local teams are accommodating the required adjustments in service and inventory.

As you have probably surmised, suppliers have made it known that supply priority for cleaning, sanitizing and disinfecting products will go to health care facilities first, as they should and as is expected. We have pre-established accommodations for this eventuality. We will continue to work closely with our suppliers to ensure we are able to maintain acceptable inventory levels, and have activated our back up vendors to mitigate for the additional demand.

In addition to the high level of cleaning you have come to expect from us, we want to assure you that we have, per our quality policies and corporate planning, taken the following measures :
  • added additional product training for our co-workers on our alternatively sourced products and their effective application;
  • initiated a safe social distance policy for any in-person meetings (scheduled or impromptu) and adjust any currently scheduled or future meetings to phone or video conference options where possible;
  • increased the frequency of our internal communications to monitor proceedings; and,
  • imposed a 14-day self-quarantine for any Kleenway co-workers who have travelled outside of Canada, or who have been in contact with a suspected COVID-19 case, as per public health guidelines.

What we ask of you is to notify our team should you be aware of any of your stakeholders test positive for the virus in order that we may notify our co-workers on establishing additional safety protocols for any impacted area.

Our team will continue to work with you to ensure that all of your facilities maintenance needs are met, and services are delivered in a timely, efficient, and professional manner.

As the situation continues to evolve, please be assured that we will be constantly reassessing and adapting our processes to adhere to the latest updates and health guidelines. We appreciate your business and look forward to working with you, helping us all get through these uncertain times.
