Our Diversity Program reflects a rich culture, diverse workforce, and healthy work environment in which every co-worker is treated fairly and can contribute to the success of the company, while having the opportunity to achieve their full potential as individuals.

KSI’s Diversity Program makes us creative, productive, responsive, competitive, and creates value for our shareholders. Our program lays out the roles and responsibilities for managers, co-workers, and partners to ensure a commitment to develop workplace diversity.

We have made significant efforts in recent years to increase awareness within our organization and along with this initiative have improved on the practices of our Human Resource team relating to Indigenous business engagement and employment involvement. KSI requires that all management is Indigenous Awareness certified and our HR team has undergone more extensive certification covering outreach, recruitment, and retention. The result of these efforts ensures that we work with Indigenous and Local agencies when posting job opportunities or in procurement for the various markets we service.
